President of the Nepal Olympic Committee Mr.Dhurba Bahadur Pradhan, Mr. Jeevan Ram Shrestha, Secretary General of NOC and Mr. Lama Tendi Sherpa President of Nepal Basketball Association bet farewell  on September 29, 2011 to Mr.Nagendra Paudel Chhettri (National Coach of Nepal Basketball Association). Mr. Chhetri received the Olympic Solidarity Scholarship in the initiation of Nepal Olympic Committee, Sponsor by US Olympic Committee for course International Coaching Enrichment Certificate Program (ICECP) in University of Delaware, USA.

In accordance to ICECP scholarship program consists of four models. Models 1, 2 and 3 will be held at University of Delaware and Olympic Training Centre whereas Model 4 will be held at Lausanne, Switzerland. Mr. Chhetri is the first coach qualified for such Solidarity course from Nepal.
