Participation in the OCA (Olympic Council of Asia) – UWW (United World Wrestling) Asian Youth Training Camp and Coaches’ Course

Nepal Olympic Committee (NOC) organized a farewell program today at NOC Building in Satdobato, Lalitpur, for the delegation departing to participate in the OCA (Olympic Council of Asia) – UWW (United World Wrestling) Asian Youth Training Camp and Coaches’ Course. The program will be held in Guangzhou, China, from 6 to 17 July 2026.

NOC President Mr. Jeevan Ram Shrestha and Secretary General Mr. Rajiv Shrestha extended their best wishes to the participants, urging them to maintain discipline and exemplary conduct as representatives of Nepal on the international stage.

The Nepal Wrestling Association delegation includes:

• Ms. Manisha Singh – Coach

• Mr. Nishant Kumar Yadav – Athlete

• Ms. Rashmi Thada – Athlete

NOC President Shrestha gave importance to professionalism and sportsmanship, encouraging the athletes and coach to make the nation proud through their performance and behavior during the camp.
