Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games Training Program for Kabaddi Male Team

The Nepal Olympic Committee (NOC) bade farewell to the participants of All Nepal Kabbadi Association traveling to Hariyana, India, for a training camp in preparation for the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games. The training camp will be held from 17 July to 15 September 2026.
NOC President Mr. Jeevan Ram Shrestha and Secretary General Mr. Rajiv Shrestha wished the team hard work and success during the farewell program held at the NOC Building. NOC Deputy Secretary Mr. Ramji Shrestha, Secretary Mr. Bhim Singh Gurung and President of the All Nepal Kabbadi Association Ms. Tulsi Thapa were also present.
Addressing the participants, President Mr. Shrestha stated that sport is a science, and reaching the level the athletes have achieved today is the result of years of dedication, discipline, and hard work. He emphasized that the success of athletes depends not only on their own efforts but also on the collective support of coaches, officials, families, and other stakeholders who contribute to their development. Encouraging the athletes to give their utmost at the Games, he urged them to perform with pride and determination in recognition of everyone who has supported them throughout their journey.
