Note: - An Additional Charges of Rs. 1,000.00 per hour if it has been used before and after the above mention time period.
- The hall is not available for any Associations to conduct Elective AGMs.
- Maximum time for the hall is 6pm(winter) and 7pm(summer).
- Application to be made in the prescribed form.
- Payments to be made to the NOC office prior to the event.
- NOC has the right to reject or cancel any reservation without given reason.
- Foods & beverages will not be permitted to be taken inside the hall.
- The applicant must be personally present during the function & be responsible for any violation of the rules & conditions.
- Furniture or any other arrangement of auditorium cannot be changed without prior approval of the NOC.
- Applicant will be liable for any damage caused to the Hall or NOC premises during the event.
- NOC is not responsible for your belongings.
- Vehicle parking is limited.
- An additional charge of Rs.1,500 will be levied if reservations are made for weekends/Holidays.
